Recently, a claim has been circulating on social media stating that Apple’s upcoming iOS 18 will introduce a new feature displaying “Read from notifications” and “Actually open” times under text messages. The image depicting this claim is widely shared across online platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, upon the investigation, this is not the actual feature in the iOS18.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fact-Check<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The iOS 18 Launch Event introduced numerous groundbreaking features that sparked the interest of Apple product enthusiasts, such as \u201cMessages via satellite\u201d and the “Schedule a message with Send Later” feature. Moreover, there are no reports of such feature in any reputable sources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Furthermore, we used the Reverse Image Search feature to find the photo’s source. Although we did not locate its origin, we discovered the same picture has been shared across various meme accounts since 2016.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
